Helped Arsenal Rally themselves after a crazy first five minutes of the game.

With just a couple minutes gone we found ourselves 1-nil down because of a schoolboy back heel from Eduardo let in Mangala,to stroke home the lead.

If you thought that was bad,It got worse as a stupid half hearted challenge by Gallas,gave Liege a penalty.

The penalty was duly dispatched by Jovanovic on 5 minutes.
Mannone must have thought to himself "what have i done to deserve this".
And i was pulling my hair out.aghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Our passing seemed sunday league standard after that and we was looking shaky every time Liege came forward.

I was thinking come on Arsenal,we are much better than this.

Just when it looked like we was gonna end the half 2-0 down,we suddenly had a foot in the game.

Diaby strode forward and gave a great angled ball that Bendtner struck beautifully into the Belgians net.

That changed the game and i feel this was the moment that won it for us.

Half-time 2-1

Liege,worried about the Arsenal attack,dropped much deeper in the 2nd half.
As Arsenal started to pop the ball about nicely,but we couldn't find a opening in the stubborn Standard Liege rearguard.

We kept knocking but to no avail.
It took us to the 79th minute to get the equalizer,With a somewhat fortunate goal.
Cesc whipped a free-kick which was nodded on by Eduardo,which song appeared to use a hand to keep the ball in play.Vermelen then managed to scramble home our 2nd.

With that you could feel the 3rd was just round the corner and Arsenal didn't disappoint when Cesc hooked a corner in where Eduardo some how found space and poked out his knee to give Arsenal the lead and seal a great fight back on the night.

It was a great moment for eddie after the last few weeks his had.
But all in all,3 points is all that matters and Arsenal will have to be much better if were gonna stand any chance of lifting a trophy this season.

But with 9 players out this was a great start and let's hope we follow this up with a strong win at home to wigan this weekend.

And before i go,I cant help myself from speaking out at that twit Harry Redknapp.
What is it with the Redknapps sticking there Ore in,when it isn't anything to do with them.
