What do we have here.

Arsenal are leading the chase for felipe melo from la viola.
this is after he signed a new deal at the club.

But yet again this seems all false to me.
fiorentina has released a angry statement saying:

"Arsenal were the “only club” to make an offer anywhere near the £21m buy-out clause and that any other sides would have to pay the full sum to take him.


There are no negotiation's between us and other clubs for Felipe Melo,” declared agent Jose Rodriguez Baster.


If a side is interested in the player, then first they must present an offer to Fiorentina. We will not negotiate with anyone until they have reached an agreement with the Viola.”

This is all apparently to fend of rumours that he has struck a deal with the old lady.

It all sounds to me as if they want to sign eboue and try to generate interest about Felipe Melo so the big money comes knocking.

There is no way sorry that arsenal are gonna pay 25m for him.
The only way is sell senderos and eboue to them.
But how much is that gonna generate and is melo worth all that?

Another thing is there wont be enough cover for right back.
does that mean Richards coming in?......Sorry just a SUN headline thought lol.

Also there has been alot of talk about Adebayor leaving this season.
But he's agent has stated that he will still be at arsenal come the start of the season.

Now i know there is opinion around that we should sell him and buy someone else.
but im happy he's staying.

Ade has shown at time's he has the ability to become world class if he has that some work ethic he came with.
And i hope he can really do it this season.


However he wants to mope around like he did last year than he can f off to whoever wants him.

BECAUSE WE WONT.

We need whole hearted players giving there all for the shirt.
